About Us
Jacqueline Cohoon has been a property investor since she was 20 years of age and has been a landlady since 1992. She joined forces with Sam Hall in 2008 and together they expanded the apartment rental base including a luxury resort cottage in Parksville.
Sam is recently retired from the Government. During one assignment in Alberta he was responsible for 1000 units of public rental housing. He is a handyman who loves nothing better than making sure everything works well in each apartment.
Jacqueline and Sam work together to ensure each rental property is up to modern standards and which people can be proud to call their home.
With so many years in the business, Sam and Jacqueline have had many repeat customers and word of mouth referrals. Even, on many happy occasions, the children of former tenants have rented for a time, knowing they are returning to a safe place.
Jacqueline and Sam are assisted by Nicole Gavac who is our local manager ready to step in when the owners are away. She promptly and courteously deals with any repairs and tenancy concerns.
